After buying this for my 3 year old..who was very excited to have his own pictures...found out I cant even use it. I have windows 7 and it wont install. I am very very disappointed as I thought this was such a cool toy. I wont be buying vtech items again will stick with leap frog!

DOES NOT WORK AT ALL IF YOU HAVE A MAC! This is a ridiculous limitation these days. Macs are more popular than ever, especially for families and for photos.[...] No where does it say that is only compatible on old versions of windows.

This product does not work with Windows 7 or on Mac. Calling customer service was a nightmare just for them to say "sorry, your system is not compatable, try windows XP"

My 6 yr old girl loves her Kidilook. We call it her pink berry. We misplaced it for a number of months and she was heartbroken. I just found it and it will make her day!

I expect to buy these for Christmas gifts for my neices.

Bought this for my 3 yr old about a month ago and she loves it. The only problem we have had is that there is funciton to where if you hold down the two side buttons it takes you into a settings menu and this can easily be done by accident just holding the frame, it took me a little while to figure out how to change the language back to English! But otherwise it has been great, my daughter loves looking at pictures and now she can do it by herself! Holds pleanty of pics, now we need to buy her the camera to go with it.
