The instrument panel was the main focus when this toy was designed. It is very functional and entertaining for the child. However, the "riding" aspects of the toy were obviously secondary. The wheels do not turn easily hence it is difficult for an infant/toddler to push or ride. The Fisher-Price riding toy pushes and rides much better than the V-Tech 3 in 1 Smart Wheels. The "rocking" feature is basically "non-rocking" with very little movement. It would seem V-Tech did not test the toy for freedom of movement regarding small children.

it's a great toy my 10 1/2 mon son loves it, but he doesn't sit on for too long because the seat is not that comfy but he dances to the the songs, i highly recommended

My year old son loved this toy when he first sat down on it at a relatives house. At the time, he wasn't walking, but was able to stand by himself. This toy kept him occupied for quite a while. However when we bought it for him, he wasn't intereset in it, and his 5 year old sister loved it and wanted to play with it all the time. He was content to push it around and push a button every now and then. Now, almost two months later, he is getting reacquainted with it and playing with it more.

My wife and I like this toy as it isn't just an entertaining toy, it is a teaching toy as it goes through the alphabet, numbers, songs, and left/right.

My daughter loves it!

It's a great product. My daughter fell in love with it at a friends house so we had to get it for you. SHe loves the music and all of the buttons and lights on the panel. It can keep her entertained for a long time.
